Tantalise dad\u2019s tastebuds with \u201cTreasured Flavours of Singapore\u201d, an a la carte<\/em> buffet lunch at White Rose Caf\u00e9. It features a spread of 25 dishes that showcase the rich diversity of Singapore\u2019s various ethnic cooking styles from the classic sambal kangkong<\/em> to the flavourful beef rendang<\/em>. A must-try is the restaurant\u2019s signature Fish Head Curry<\/em>, prepared according to a closely-guarded recipe from Soon Heng Restaurant from the 1970s! Round up the meal with a bevy of local desserts that include chendol<\/em>, ice kachang<\/em>, cheng tng<\/em>, chin chow with palm seeds<\/em>, and the newly added sago gula Melaka<\/em>, a delightful bowl of chewy pearl sagos drenched in sweet gula melaka<\/em> (palm sugar) and decadent coconut milk. $36 per adult (minimum two adults) and $18 per child aged between 5 and 11. Grab a burger made from freshly-baked buns and premium meats off a range of menu choices from surf to turf! Check out the seafood burger, chockfull of wild-caught fresh prawn roll, tobiko,\u00a0caramelised onions,\u00a0grilled tomatoes, lettuce, garlic aioli and bookended with house-made sesame brioche buns. For more bite, the classic beef burger packs a tasty punch with its 200g wagyu beef patty, bacon and sunny side egg. Vegan choices are also available. All burgers are served\u00a0with salad and house-cut potato wedges. $56 per diner, includes one burger of choice and one handcrafted vanilla\/dark chocolate milkshake.
