Our 2027 classes are now open for enrolment
As we look towards 2027, we are delighted to share Academia’s updated term dates and class schedule. A new academic year brings fresh possibilities, and our programmes have been carefully planned to give students the structure, challenge and support they need to grow with confidence.
Every lesson is developed in-house by our curriculum team, drawing on evidence-based pedagogy and years of classroom experience. The result is a rigorous and thoughtful curriculum that strengthens language proficiency, sharpens critical thinking, and helps students become more assured readers, writers and communicators.
Since 2013, Academia has continued to refine its programmes with precision and purpose. Each year, we review how students learn, where their needs are changing, and how our classes can better support them. For those who plan to stay one step ahead, 2027 begins here.
What’s New for 2027
Extended Primary 6 Lessons
From 2027, our Primary 6 English classes will run for 2.5 hours, up from 2 hours previously.
As students approach the PSLE, the demands on their time and attention increase considerably. Many are balancing schoolwork, co-curricular activities and other commitments, leaving less time outside class for independent revision and practice.
The longer lesson gives us more room to bring that work into the classroom: guided revision, examination practice, detailed feedback and targeted reinforcement can all be built more meaningfully into the weekly session. This allows us to support students more comprehensively, while preserving more of their time outside tuition for school, activities and rest.
New Core and Focus class formats
From 2027, our regular classes will be offered in two formats: Core and Focus, at the same fee tier.
Focus classes are capped at 4 students on weekdays and 6 students on weekends, with these caps maintained throughout the academic year. This allows for closer individual attention and more opportunities for direct feedback and interaction during lessons.
Head and Director tier classes will continue to be available for selected programmes and time slots.

Our fees have been revised for 2027.
As the cost of delivering high-quality education continues to evolve, we do make measured adjustments where necessary to maintain the standard of our teaching, curriculum and student experience.
