Our classes have an average size of 4 – 8 students.<\/p>\n\t\t\tHow will the fees be calculated?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\tTuition\/enrichment fees are billed monthly based on the number of lessons in each month. For example, if there are 5 weeks in a particular month, 5 lessons will be charged for that particular month.\n

For students who enroll in the middle of a month, the fees will be pro-rated accordingly.<\/p>\n

Special (holiday) programme fees are billed immediately.<\/p>\n\t\t\tWill there be any replacement classes?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\tYes, replacement classes are available for students.\nStudents may attend any other lessons (of the same level, same programme) within the same week subjected to availability.\n\t\t\tDo you offer 1-to-1 classes?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t

BrainyBox<\/a> is a monthly creative subscription box for children, designed to bring Chinese learning to life for ages 18 months -12 years. Your monthly subscription includes all the materials and inspiration for projects related to a theme such as Chinese New Year, My Family and First Day Of School.<\/p>\n

In each box. you will find flashcards, vocabulary games, folk tales, arts and crafts, imaginative play and more,<\/p>\n

Our boxes are designed by our team of in-house educators. They are reviewed by our advisory team which includes highly respected professionals in education to ensure we’re delivering developmentally appropriate projects that are aligned with the local educational standard.<\/p>\n

Finally, every box theme is rigorously tested with kids to ensure that projects are fun, engaging\u00a0and appealing and to ensure that the instructions are clear and easy to understand. We go through this design process for every box to ensure that your child has the most innovative projects delivered right to your doorstep.<\/p>\n

We hate to see you go, but you can cancel a monthly subscription anytime after the first box ships by using our online “manage subscription” tool. Auto-renewing subscriptions (payable every 3, 6 or 12 months) are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed.<\/p>\n\t\t\tDo you offer discounts for bulk purchases?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t

Yes, we offer bulk discounts on orders of 10 or more items. Whether you want to purchase for your classroom, after school programs, library, or private functions, we can help. We endeavour to deliver the first box of a new subscription within 3-5 business days of purchase (Singapore only), unless the recipient already has an active subscription – a fulfillment email will be sent to you once your order is arranged for delivery\/self-collection.<\/p>\n
