Bruadar is the Scottish Gaelic word for &#8220;dream&#8221;, and this dreamily smooth liqueur is wonderfully well balanced without being overly sweet. Honeyed, rich nose with floral aromas, hints of porridge oats and berry fruit.<\/p>\n<p>A family-owned independent bottler with a long history in Perth, Morrison &amp; Mackay &#8211; however, its history actually begins off the coast of west Scotland, as it was originally founded as John Murray &amp; Co. by the Bartholomew family on the Isle of Mull in 1982, producing whiskey liqueurs.
