Casual apparel isn\u2019t exactly a deal-breaker for most employers who have shifted their operations to working from home (WFH) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. <\/p>
Now, if they\u2019re acceptable, you may be wondering why we\u2019re asking you to switch up your WFH style. Well, it\u2019s because how you dress for WFH actually matters more than you might think \u2013 especially if you\u2019ve been at it for a while. <\/p>
Clothes are said to have the ability to make people feel good about themselves, and when people feel good about themselves, their self-confidence rises. People with higher self-confidence are known to be more focused and motivated, which can significantly increase productivity. And we all know how important that is to someone who has been working from home for a long time. <\/p>
So, with the concept of WFH seemingly here to stay for an indefinite period of time, we think it may be a good idea to switch things up a bit, not only for work productivity but also because, well, it\u2019s actually pretty fun!<\/p>

Up Your Loungewear Game<\/strong><\/h1>
When it comes to WFH apparel, loungewear has been at the forefront, and we adore them, so we\u2019re not going to tell you to swap them out for something different. But we are going to tell you to up your loungewear game. <\/p>
Instead of wearing the same loungewear over and over, try mixing it up with some edgy tracksuits, jumpsuits, or sweatsuits. Zalora, Uniqlo, and H&M are some great places to shop for them in Singapore!<\/p>
Add a Splash of Colour<\/strong><\/h1>
It is not uncommon for most of us to have a wardrobe that leans more toward neutral colours like beige, white, black, and grey \u2013 a selection that may not be the brightest or perkiest. And even if you do have a \u201crainbow\u201d closet, chances are you chose your grey sweatshirt over your yellow dress as your WFH outfit this morning.<\/p>
We get it. Why bother with colours when you\u2019re at home, right? Wrong!<\/p>
All it takes is a splash of colour to lift one\u2019s mood. So, it\u2019s high time you incorporate some mood-boosting colours into your WFH ensembles. Now that doesn\u2019t mean that you have to fill your wardrobe with every bright colour imaginable; soft and mild colours are also fine. <\/p>

Who said your WFH style was limited to your apparel? Certainly not us fashion accessory aficionados!<\/p>
We LOVE accessories, whether they are bracelets, watches, scarves, sunglasses, earrings, or lipsticks, for a variety of reasons, the most important of which is how they can easily transform even the most ordinary WFH outfit from \u201cblah\u201d to \u201cwow.\u201d But why does this matter? Well, as we said earlier, when you look good, you feel good and DO good!<\/p>
Also, accessories are a great way to introduce that much-needed colour into your WFH wardrobe.<\/p>
