class=\"list-paddingleft-1\"><li><p>\u5bf9\u5728\u4e0e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7b7e\u8ba2\u907f\u514d\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u5916\u56fd\u6536\u5165\u7684\u514d\u7a0e\u6216\u51cf\u5f81\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p>\u6839\u636e\u300a1947 \u5e74\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c 13(8)\u6761\uff0c\u5bf9\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5883\u5916\u6536\u5165(\u5982\u5883\u5916\u80a1\u606f\u3001\u5883\u5916\u5206\u652f\u673a\u6784\u5229\u6da6\u548c\u5883\u5916\u670d\u52a1\u6536\u5165)\u514d\u7a0e\u3002<\/p><\/li><li><p>\u5728\u5916\u56fd\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u62b5\u514d\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\uff0c\u4ee5\u62b5\u514d\u540c\u4e00\u6536\u5165\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5e94\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u3002<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/section><section><p>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u6d77\u5916\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e0e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6709\u7b7e\u8ba2\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u534f\u8bae\u5c31\u53ef<strong>\u51cf\u8f7b<\/strong>\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002<\/p><p>\u76ee\u524d\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5df2\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86<strong>86<\/strong>\u4e2a<strong>\u53cc\u8fb9\u7a0e\u6536<\/strong>\u534f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4f01\u4e1a\u6d88\u9664\u53cc\u8fb9\u7eb3\u7a0e\u3001\u51cf\u4f4e\u9884\u6263\u7a0e\u53ca\u63d0\u4f9b\u5883\u5916\u7a0e\u52a1\u62b5\u6263\u3002<\/p><\/section><section><\/section><section><section><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3687\" height=\"300\"><\/section><\/section><section><p><strong>\u907f\u514d\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u534f\u5b9a (Double Taxation Agreement) (DTA)\u00a0<\/strong>\u662f\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e0e\u53e6\u4e00\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a(\u5373 DTA\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34)\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u53cc\u91cd\u5f81\u7a0e\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u786e\u5b9a\u4f55\u65f6\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u521b\u6536\u6d3b\u52a8\u6216\u4ed8\u6b3e\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u65bd\u7a0e\u6536\uff0c\u5176\u53ef\u4ee5\u754c\u5b9a\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u3002<\/p><p>\u53ea\u6709\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u548c DTA \u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u624d\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7 DTA \u7684\u597d\u5904\u3002<\/p><p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u6709\u5173\u4e8e<strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e2a\u4eba\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11<\/strong>\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u70b9\u51fb\u9605\u8bfb\u5c06\u4f1a\u8df3\u8f6c\u5fae\u4fe1\u6587\u7ae0\uff1a<\/p><ul \u53cc\u91cd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\uff08DTR\uff09<\/strong><\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><section><section><section><p><strong>\u53cc\u91cd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\uff08Double Taxation Relief\uff09\uff08DTR\uff09<\/strong>\u00a0\u662f\u300a\u907f\u514d\u53cc\u91cd\u8bfe\u7a0e\u534f\u5b9a\u300b(DTA)\u4e0b\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u51cf\u514d\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u53cc\u91cd\u8bfe\u7a0e\u3002<\/p><p>\u5b83\u5141\u8bb8\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\u5c31\u5728\u5916\u56fd\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u62b5\u514d\u76f8\u540c\u6536\u5165\u5e94\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u3002<\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u6309\u7167 DTA \u89c4\u5b9a\u7f34\u7eb3\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u76f8\u540c\u6536\u5165\u5e94\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u7684\u8f83\u4f4e\u90e8\u5206\u4e3a\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97 DTR\u3002<\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><section><section><\/section><section><section><section><section><p><strong>2. \u5355\u8fb9\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d(UTC)<\/strong><\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><section><section><section><p><strong>\u5355\u8fb9\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\uff08Unilateral Tax Credit\uff09 (UTC)\u00a0<\/strong>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6765\u81ea\u4e0e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6ca1\u6709\u9012\u5ef6\u7a0e\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6765\u81ea\u56fd\u5916\u7684\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u5c06\u7ed9\u4e88 UTC\u4f18\u60e0\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u53f8\u5fc5\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6240\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\u624d\u80fd\u7533\u8bf7\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. \u516c\u53f8\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u57fa\u51c6\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e3a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u52a1\u5c45\u6c11;<\/p><p>2. \u5728\u5916\u56fd\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u5df2\u5c31\u540c\u4e00\u6536\u5165\u5df2\u7ecf\u7f34\u7eb3\u6216\u5df2\u5f52\u4e3a\u5e94\u4ed8\u7a0e\u6b3e;<\/p><p>3. \u8fd9\u4e9b\u6536\u5165\u8981\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u7a0e\u3002<\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><section><section><\/section><section><section><section><section><p><strong>\u4e8f\u635f\u516c\u53f8<\/strong><\/p><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><\/section><section><section><section><p>\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u5c06\u4e0d\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4e88\u4e8f\u635f\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u8bbe\u6709\u5e38\u8bbe\u673a\u6784\u7684\u516c\u53f8<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u8bbe\u6709\u5e38\u8bbe\u673a\u6784(PE)\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6536\u5165\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u8be5 PE \u83b7\u5f97\u7684\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8be5\u6536\u5165\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u6536\u5165\u4e5f\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5f81\u7a0e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u4f1a\u83b7\u5f97\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u83b7\u5f97\u88ab\u52a8\u6536\u5165\u7684\u516c\u53f8<\/strong><\/p><p>\u6765\u81ea\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u88ab\u52a8\u6536\u5165(\u5982\u5229\u606f\u3001\u80a1\u606f)\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u6536\u5165\u5e74\u5ea6\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u5f81\u7a0e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6536\u5165\u5728\u6c47\u6b3e\u5f53\u5e74\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4ea4\u7a0e\u3002\u5f53\u6536\u5165\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5f81\u7a0e\u65f6\uff0c\u5c06\u7ed9\u4e88\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5982\u4f55\u8ba1\u7b97\u5883\u5916\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d<\/strong><\/p><p>\u53d6\u56fd\u5916\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684:<\/p><p>&#8211; \u5b9e\u9645\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6b3e;\u6216<\/p><p>&#8211; \u5c5e\u4e8e\u5916\u56fd\u6536\u5165(\u6263\u9664\u8d39\u7528\u540e)\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7a0e\u989d\u3002<\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u516c\u53f8\u7533\u8bf7 DTR\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u91d1\u989d\u4e5f\u53d7 DTA \u4e0e\u76f8\u5173 DTA \u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5728 DTA
