Job Detail

Responsible for and authorized with the function of:- - Full spectrum of finance and accounting responsibilities - Ensure compliance to SAS/IFRS accounting principles and Financial Manual procedures - Participate in financial reporting; monthly/quarterly/annually closing process - Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax consultants - Operate as part of an effective team and contributes proactively to the efficient performance of the team - Perform Head-Office and statutory reporting; budgeting and cash flow forecast - Internal controls and corporate governance compliance - Perform test of controls and determines adequacy of internal controls and compliance with existing group policies - Highlight non-compliance with Finance policies and identify gaps for improvement - Responsible for annual group internal controls campaign - Provide support to trade compliance and fraud awareness program within the company - Comply with health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies - Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs; HSE Risk Communications & Mitigation - Any other official duties assigned
