Industrial Transfer & Capability Development - Coordinate transfer of product equipment, procedures, test benches, and documentation - Lead and implement new repair capabilities for SAFRAN and partner OEMs - Conduct feasibility studies and analyze market or investment data - Develop and source new equipment and consumables; manage investments in testing and repair policies - Write, review, and correct technical documents - Train technicians and validate shop processes Project Management - Track project progress, report milestones, and control expenses - Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance plans Customer Support - Provide technical support to customers, OEMs, and partners in the Asia-Pacific region - Monitor product reliability, analyze in-service data, resolve technical complaints, and recommend improvements - Prepare reports, documentation, and deliver training Repair Operations - Lead and support repair operations and workshops - Oversee technician teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high performance, profitability, and quick processing - Review and validate shop test procedures - Manage repair orders, supplier sourcing, and support continuous improvement initiatives Department Management Support - Teamwork & Backup other engineers and team members - Solve production issues, implement process improvements, and ensure effective communication across departments Health, Safety & Environment - Comply with all HSE regulations and participate in related initiatives Continuous Improvement - Drive and participate in company-wide improvement and innovation programs such as ONE SAFRAN, Lean, QRQC, 5S, root cause analysis, etc
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Avionics, or Aeronautical Engineering. - 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering, product support, repair operations, or maintenance environments, preferably in the aerospace industry. - Experience in project management, equipment calibration, maintenance operations, and technical documentation. - Proficient in product support, troubleshooting, and the design or wiring of electronic test fixtures. - Strong ability to interpret technical schematics, drawings, and write technical documentation. - Knowledge of IPC standards, wiring practices, electrical systems, and test equipment. - Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., Part 145) and quality management systems such as ISO 9000 and AS9110. - Strong project, time, and cost management skills, including creating project schedules, allocating resources, prioritizing tasks, and managing budgets. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SAP/ERP systems. - Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
