The healthy breakfast dishes are to die for, not only because of the excellent coffee. Take the popular Turkish Common Man Breakfast ($30), which includes phyllo-wrapped soft-boiled eggs, crunchy feta, and pumpkin hummus served with warm pita. Alternatively, try the Fluffy Pancakes ($26), which are drizzled with caramel and topped with a nutty crumble.
