The sausage platter was great .. the pork sausage has a nice snap to it and is grilled perfectly. The hamburg steak was even better, the meat was still juicy and the sauce was intense. The Korean fried chicken lived up to expectations, spicy and sweet while being super crispy without being too oily. The Dalgona milk tea was the pleasant surprise of the day, with the caramel thingy melting in the tea. Pretty neat and crafty. I liked the decor and setup of the restaurant. Do check out the entire restaurant and its photo ideas. My wife got the creamy chicken toast which was okay. She felt it needed a bit more salt. I took the Monochrome&#8217;s brunch without the eggs, which had waffles, sausage, bacon and some veggies. This is something I would recommend as the waffles were just very good. With a good crunch and syrup, this is really worth the visit alone.
