At the helm of You Tiao Man is founder Audrey Chew Over the last 3 years, she transformed her father\u2019s hawker stall into a multi-chain supplier business. Today, the company is one of the largest suppliers of frozen You Tiao to many hotels and restaurant chains in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur product may be very traditional, but the approach is not. We took a simple product that\u2019s usually in the background, a product that nobody really understands or care much about \u2013 and brought it into the spotlight,\u201d<\/em> says Audrey Chew<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why at You Tiao Man, the company has a strong emphasis on innovation and creativity. Energetic and forward thinking, You Tiao Man developed charcoal you tiao and wholegrain you tiao \u2013 a first in the world (which earned the Healthier Choice Award from the Health Promotion Board). Their products are all halal certified and they hold the emblem of Tasty Singapore Ambassador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The business started out as a humble hawker in the 1940s, and in recent years Audrey has taken over and transformed it to a food manufacturing approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we are one of the largest wholesalers of You Tiao to hotels, caterers, restaurants, foodcourts and hawkers in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At You Tiao Man, heritage and traditions are preserved, along with the classic great taste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You Tiao Man is the first company to introduce the Charcoal You Tiao in Singapore in 2018. It has proved to be a great success with F&B establishments in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Wholegrain You Tiao is the first in the world and is proudly developed here in Singapore by You Tiao Man. In collaboration with Health Promotion Board , we developed a You Tiao that contains 50% less calories and is proud to be awarded the Healthier Choice Symbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
