Chef Nick started baking and chewing bread in 2000 and received his sourdough baking in Hanover Germany. Chef Nick has drilled down the ground by sourcing non-GMO wheat from Hildesheimer B\u00f6rde region,the most fertile soil in German, to bake for his bread. He also works with the local farmers and a 300years history family owned great mills in German Hildesheim since 1714. He has the opportunity to proceed his artisan bread research from both famous Artisan Bakery Heinrich Safft Artisan B\u00e4ckerei (Since 1826) and Godi\u2019s Artisan B\u00e4ckerei which was once baked for the German Prime Minister and Pope. Nick Vina was the first bakery in Singapore awarded \u201cSingapore Healthier Bakery in 2019\u201d by Singapore Health Promotion Board and have received many awards such as \u201cHealthy Bakery of the Year 2020\u201d by Global Excellence London, \u201cBest Takeaway Food 2019 &amp; 2020\u201d by Restaurant Guru, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nick Vina also a member of US Whole Grain Council and ranked as one of the best Sourdough in Singapore by Time out. Bread We can proudly call an \u201cArtisan Bakery\u201d which differential from other many bakeries that focuses more pastries, sweet bread and sweet treats than bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have more than 50 types of artisan bread using different types of flours like rye, spelt, Buckwheat, Sprouted Wheat, Sorghum and many more with seeds and grains. There are many speciality bread and loaves as well which rarely can be seen in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chef Nick has baked and handcrafted many breads for many restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
