We, Frontier Healthcare Group, value the privacy of every individual and are committed to safeguarding your privacy. All personal data provided by you to us will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only use your personal data in accordance with the principles set out in this Policy. Frontier Healthcare Group is referred to in this privacy statement as \u201cFHG,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour.\u201d<\/p>\n

We may update this Policy from time to time to ensure that our standards and practices remain relevant, up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The updated Policy will supersede earlier versions. Examples of Personal Data includes NRIC number or FIN, passport number, name, telephone number, mailing address, email address, photograph, video image, medical history and reports, personal data of family members and other information on any individuals (which, to the extent it is considered Protected data under Personal Data Protection Act 2012).<\/p>\n

    We may charge you a reasonable fee for accessing your personal data held by us for up to a one-year period preceding your request. We will advise you the amount in writing for payment before acceding to your request. The purpose of the fee is to allow us to recover the incremental costs of responding to the access request.<\/p>\n

    Withdrawal<\/strong><\/u><\/h5>\n

    As recognised by and provided for under the PDPA, it may be of choice for an individual to withdraw consent and this may impact our ability to proceed with the transactions, agreements or interactions with us, in particular:<\/p>\n

    I. in some cases, it may also become unsafe or unlawful for us to provide (or continue to provide) medical treatment without the ability to collect, use or disclose personal data;<\/p>\n

    We retain your self-reported health data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services.<\/p>\n

    Data Deletion Process<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    If you wish to delete your personal data in the mobile app, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    I. You can submit a request via our contact form or email us at contact@frontierhealthcare.com.sg<\/a> with the subject line \u201cData Deletion Request.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, ID details, and an optional reason for deletion.<\/p>\n

    II. We will process your data deletion request within 14 days after verifying your identity.<\/p>\n

    III. Upon approval, we will permanently remove your personal information, including your name, contact details, and profile data.<\/p>\n

    7) HealthFrontier Mobile App (Additional Privacy Terms)<\/u><\/h4>\n

    The following provisions apply specifically to users of the HealthFrontier mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d) and should be read together with the general Privacy Policy above.<\/p>\n

    Health Data We Collect<\/h5>\n

    We collect health-related information that you voluntarily provide through the App, which may include, but is not limited to:

    \n\u2022 Height
    \n\u2022 Blood pressure
    \n\u2022 Dietary and food intake information
    \n\u2022 Other self-reported wellness and health metrics
    \nThis information is classified as Health Data and is collected solely to support the App\u2019s core functions, including personal health tracking and monitoring.<\/p>\n

    How We Use Your Health Data<\/h5>\n

    Your health data is used strictly for the following purposes:
    \nDisplaying personal health trends and insights
    \nSupporting self-monitoring and wellness tracking
    \nEnhancing the App\u2019s performance, features, and reliability
    \nFHG does not sell, rent, or share health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

    Data Retention<\/h5>\n

    Personal and health data is retained for as long as your HealthFrontier account remains active or as necessary to provide App services.
    \nIn certain circumstances, medical, transactional, or administrative records may be retained for a longer period where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or professional obligations in Singapore.<\/p>\n

    Data Deletion<\/h5>\n

    You may request the deletion of your personal and health data at any time by emailing
