Job Summary <\/b><\/p>

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and patient-focused Clinic Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role combines patient care, administrative support, and clinic coordination to ensure a positive experience for patients and the smooth delivery of healthcare services.<\/p>

Whether you are starting your career or have prior healthcare experience, we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities <\/b><\/p>

Patient Care & Front Desk Support <\/b><\/p>

  • Greet patients, family members, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.<\/li>
  • Register patients, verify personal and insurance information, and maintain accurate records.<\/li>
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.<\/li>
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries promptly and courteously.<\/li>
  • Escort patients to consultation rooms and assist with preparation for consultations when required.<\/li>
  • Provide patients with information and instructions relating to medications, tests, and follow-up appointments.<\/li>
  • Assist with basic clinical procedures, including taking vital signs, in accordance with training and clinic protocols.<\/li>
  • Assist patients with Healthier SG enrolment and coordinate related consultations, health screening, vaccinations, and follow-up appointments.<\/li><\/ul>

    Administrative Support <\/b><\/p>

    • Maintain accurate electronic and physical patient records while ensuring confidentiality.<\/li>
    • Assist patients with the completion of required forms and documentation.<\/li>
    • Support billing, claims processing, and payment-related administrative matters.<\/li>
    • Manage filing systems and ensure documentation is organised and up to date.<\/li>
    • Perform general administrative duties to support clinic operations.<\/li><\/ul>

      Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration<\/b><\/p>

      • Coordinate communication between patients and doctors when required.<\/li>
      • Work closely with healthcare professionals and colleagues to ensure efficient clinic operations.<\/li>
      • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinic environment.<\/li>
      • Monitor and manage inventory of medical and office supplies, including replenishment when necessary.<\/li>
      • Support operational activities and process improvements to enhance patient experience and service delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

          Qualifications <\/b><\/p>

          • Minimum N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.<\/li>

              • Familiarity with Healthier SG and other community healthcare programmes.<\/li>
              • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.<\/li><\/ul>
