Cepheus has been Hai Sia\u2019s go-to event photographer, and he is the person behind many beautiful and poignant photographs that we have amassed. Combining Hai Sia’s appetite for creative boldness and risks, and Cepheus’ originality and hard work, this piece is a refreshing take of a place overflowing with stories. We in particular, love the first hero image – capturing the flow and fluidity of the fish market.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Seafood has always been a part of my life and I never really questioned how fresh fish was being imported into Singapore. It was through this collaboration with Hai Sia that shed light for me on where and how fresh seafood products come to Singapore. It\u2019s amazing! When the city sleeps, Jurong Fishery Port comes alive, bustling with men, carts, boxes and seafood that one wouldn\u2019t be able to see at any local wet market. It\u2019s not just about the seafood. It\u2019s about how it is done, and the tight-knitted community that keeps the port fresh.”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
