How do I get a fee estimate for probate?<\/h2>\n

Submit the Probate Quote form<\/a>. We will review your details and reply with our estimated fees for your Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration application.<\/p>\n

How do I engage you for a probate application?<\/h2>\n

There are three ways to engage us:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Submit Probate Online<\/a>, then book an appointment to meet our lawyer.<\/li>\n
  2. Book an appointment directly at book.law.com.sg\/probate<\/a> and bring the relevant documents with you.<\/li>\n
  3. Upload your documents through our Probate Upload portal<\/a> for review, then book an appointment with our lawyer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Specific documents are required for probate matters. Please see our full guide on documents required for probate matters<\/a> before your appointment.<\/p>\n

    What are the common probate documents to sign?<\/h2>\n

    Depending on your matter, the common Court documents for Probate matters are:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Administration Oath<\/li>\n
    2. Consent of Co-Administrator<\/li>\n
    3. Renunciation of Executor<\/li>\n
    4. Renunciation of Right and Title to Letters of Administration<\/li>\n
    5. Affidavit of Due Execution by a Subscribing Witness to the Will<\/li>\n
    6. Affidavit of Foreign Law<\/li>\n
    7. Affidavit of Domicile<\/li>\n
    8. Supporting Affidavit (with or without Schedule of Assets)<\/li>\n
    9. Supplementary Affidavit with Schedule of Assets<\/li>\n
    10. Supporting Affidavit for Dispensation of Sureties<\/li>\n
    11. Administration Bond<\/li>\n
    12. Affidavit(s) requested by the Court<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How do I pay?<\/h2>\n

      We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on our fees. We accept PayNow, NETS or cash at our office, and contactless payment is preferred. Credit card payments are standardised for all our services: payment by credit card at our office attracts a 4% surcharge, and payment by Stripe credit card link attracts a 5% surcharge.<\/p>\n
