Note that OPG&#8217;s own fees are separate from ours and are paid directly to the Office of the Public Guardian.<\/p>\n<h2>How do I get a fee estimate for your LPA services?<\/h2>\n<p>Submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/law.com.sg\/singapore-lasting-power-attorney-quote\/\">Lasting Power of Attorney Quote form<\/a> and we will reply with our estimated professional fee. This is the fee for our work as certificate issuer and for advising you on your LPA.<\/p>\n<h2>What fees are payable to OPG, and how are they different?<\/h2>\n<p>Separately from our professional fee, the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) charges its own fees for the application and cancellation of an LPA. As at 18 July 2026, per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msf.gov.sg\/docs\/default-source\/opg\/lpa_fees_table.pdf\">OPG&#8217;s published fees table<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Singapore Citizens: LPA Form 1, free; LPA Form 2, $30<\/li>\n<li>Singapore Permanent Residents: LPA Form 1, $30; LPA Form 2, $30<\/li>\n<li>Foreigners: LPA Form 1, $160; LPA Form 2, $160<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation of registration of an LPA: $28<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment of OPG fees is made on OPG Online (OPGO) at <a href=\"https:\/\/opg-eservice.msf.gov.sg\/\">opg-eservice.msf.gov.sg<\/a>; cheque collection has ceased. These figures may change, and you should check the latest fees with the Office of the Public Guardian.<\/p>\n<h2>How do I engage you for my LPA?<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/law.com.sg\/singapore-lasting-power-attorney-quote\/\">LPA Quote form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Once you confirm our estimate, we will guide you through preparing your LPA. See our guide on <a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfreepleasure.com\/__proxy_domain\/help.law.com.sg\/faq\/how-to-submit-lpa-online-at-opgo\/\">submitting your LPA online at OPGO<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Attend before our lawyer as certificate issuer, then complete the OPG registration and pay OPG&#8217;s fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>How do I pay?<\/h2>\n<p>We are not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on our fees. We accept PayNow, NETS or cash at our office, and contactless payment is preferred. Credit card payments are standardised for all our services: payment by credit card at our office attracts a 4% surcharge, and payment by Stripe credit card link attracts a 5% surcharge.
