The employers are invited by MOM to rate their EA\u2019s services based on a set of questions. The aggregated ratings from the employers are published online to help prospective employers in their EA selection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The number of placements the EA has made in the past 12 months<\/strong><br \/>The number of successful placements could be an indicator of the scale of the EA\u2019s business. However, apart from sheer volume, you should also be looking at the two indicators below.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The EA\u2019s maid retention rates<\/strong><br \/>The EA\u2019s retention rate refers to the percentage of maids placed by the EA who have stayed with the same employer for at least 365 days. This is a possible indicator of the ability of the EA to match maids with employer suitably.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The EA\u2019s transfer rates<\/strong><br \/>This refers to the percentage of maids who, within the past 12 months, have been placed by the same EA to 3 or more employers out of the total number of maid it placed. Feel free to discuss with your EA on any more situations that would meet your needs and inquire whether they can be added into the service agreement.
