While we certainly miss those fun elements when we would be able to gather in the office pantry to celebrate our staffs&#8217; birthdays, we still found ways to make our birthday babies feel special in the best possible manner.<\/p>\n<p>The virtual get together and online wishes using digital platforms made the birthday events something to look forward to. We migrated to Microsoft 365 last August and crafted a learning roadmap via LinkedIn learning for employees to understand the new features of this online collaboration tool.
