Singapore Notary Public Fee Guide<\/h1><\/div>

This Singapore notary public fee guide shows the usual starting totals: S$202.20 for one witnessed signature<\/strong> or S$172.20 for one single-page certified true copy<\/strong>. Both include one Notarial Certificate and SAL Apostille. Compare the fee cards and table below; extra work and optional services cost more.<\/p>\n

Notary public fees: where your money goes<\/h2>\n

The Notaries Public Rules<\/a> prescribe fees for specified notarial acts. Your total depends on the work required, the number of Notarial Certificates and any additional services.<\/p>\n

Each Notarial Certificate (NC) must be accompanied by a SAL Apostille<\/strong>. The S$87.20<\/strong> SAL fee (S$80 plus 9% GST) is paid through our office to the Singapore Academy of Law. It is not retained by the firm.<\/p>\n

Hardcopy Apostille collection is a separate step.<\/strong> You or your representative must bring the notarised documents to SAL after your appointment. Collection by our firm must be arranged separately and attracts a service fee.<\/p>\n

NC means Notarial Certificate.<\/strong> Totals include the SAL fee and exclude optional services. Corporate execution and special requirements need a separate assessment. Witnessing is based on one signer per document; additional parties on the same document: S$20 (2nd party) \/ S$10 (3rd onwards); each exhibit S$10. CTC is based on single-page documents; subsequent pages of the same document: S$2 per page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Using this notary public fee guide<\/h2><\/div>
    \n
  1. Apostille fee.<\/strong> Pay the SAL fee through our office with the notarial fees. It applies to each Notarial Certificate. You do not pay the same Apostille fee again at SAL.<\/li>\n
  2. Check before bundling.<\/strong> Several CTC documents may share one NC only if your overseas recipient accepts that arrangement. Separate certificates may be required. Witnessing cannot be bundled<\/strong>; each witnessed document or separately signed duplicate needs its own NC and Apostille.<\/li>\n
  3. Collect the hardcopy Apostille separately.<\/strong> After notarisation, you or your representative must bring the Notarial Certificate and attached documents to SAL at 1 Coleman Street, #08-06 The Adelphi<\/a>. Our firm can assist with collection by prior agreement for S$50 per trip; courier delivery is separate.<\/li>\n
  4. Electronic option by prior arrangement.<\/strong> Hardcopy is our usual mode. An e-Notarial Certificate and e-Apostille require prior confirmation of suitability and recipient acceptance. A printed e-Notarial Certificate has no legal effect. Electronic issue does not remove personal attendance for witnessing. Read the electronic-service guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  5. Additional charges.<\/strong> Extra signers, exhibits and further pages may add to the notarial fees. Outcall attendance, courier delivery, photocopies and document procurement are separate charges.
