Sales Executive<\/p>\n

Motorway SsangYong, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive sales of our innovative and high-quality vehicles.<\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable SsangYong vehicles.<\/li>\n
  • Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate integrity, sincerity, and courtesy when dealing with customers.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, cconduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.<\/li>\n
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and latest SsangYong vehicles offerings and promotions.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.<\/li>\n
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain operational standards according to company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, service and hospitality industries or a similar role<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with SsangYong vehicles is a plus, but not required.<\/li>\n
    • Valid Class 3 \/ 3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.<\/li>\n
    • Work location at Lower Delta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
