These costs cover activities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseas market set-up<\/li>\n<li>Identification of business partners<\/li>\n<li>Overseas market promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iesingapore.gov.sg\/~\/media\/IE%20Singapore\/Files\/Assistance%20for%20Local%20Companies\/Budget%202015%20Inserts\/MRA20InsertMAR2015FALOReference.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> for full list of supportable activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What financial support can I get?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>70% of the\u00a0eligible cost for activities listed above, capped at S$20,000 per company per fiscal year (valid for applications made by 31 March 2018)<\/li>\n<li>Maximum of\u00a0two applications per fiscal year, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who can apply for the MRA grant?<\/h3>\n<p>SMEs that fulfill the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Global HQ anchored in Singapore<\/li>\n<li>Company annual turnover of less than S$100 million per annum based on the most recent audited report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How do I apply?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><br \/>\nRequest a cost quotation from the third party professional that you would like to appoint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nLog on to the Business Grant Portal with your CorpPass\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessgrants.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> to make your application.<\/p>\n<h3>Approval<\/h3>\n<p>Please note that retrospective applications will not be accepted. An application will be deemed retrospective only if any of the following events took place before the application date:<\/p>\n<p>i. Signed the engagement letter with the 3rd party consultant<\/p>\n<p>ii. Made the first payment to the 3rd party consultant<\/p>\n<p>iii.
