In its first-ever sneaker partnership, Celine teams up with Reebok to turn an archival footwear icon into a chic statement piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its debut on the runway by creative director Michael Rider, the Freestyle Lo by Celine\/Reebok turns the traditional silhouette into one that is constructed with soft, pliable leather to mimic the idea of a gently worn-in, sleek pair of sneakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First introduced in 1982, the 1982 Reebok Freestyle Lo was designed to initially appeal to women who were contributing to the rise in aerobics classes during the early 1980s. This design eventually went on to become one of Reebok\u2019s best-known unisex styles, which continued to be reinvented in various iterations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from the pared back design of this collaborative piece, the sneaker tongue also features Reebok\u2019s classic logo seamlessly integrated with the Celine signature,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sneakers are available in a total of 8 colourways, which reflect Michael Rider\u2019s vivid use of colour where bold primary shades are paired with classic tones that are evocative of the French Maison. Some of these colours include Peanut, Oxblood, Dark Brown, Fluo Red and Butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
