One of the question we get asked a-lot for Newborn Portrait is that do we provide props.
I am often unsure how to reply, because what kind of props are we talking about? Teddy bears? Flowers? Costumes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, we do not provide props nor do we photograph with props and here’s why.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consider me unconventional, but I believe that more relaxed family portraits featuring your newborn are timeless. Some of the poses commonly associated with newborn photography are artificial\u2014 (Newborn babies with hands tuck under their cheeks and entire torso propped up?<\/em>) Babies don’t naturally assume such positions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They often necessitate digital manipulation to achieve, and let’s face it, in a few years, we’ll likely cringe at the sight of them, much like we do with babies stuffed in flowerpots or dressed up as.. bee?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
