If you want to order a product from Printhouse, you have to configure it on the website first. You can access all the products we offer through the drop-down menu on top of every page. Clicking on the product you want to order from us will lead you to the selected product page for product configuration. In that page, you will be asked step by step on how you want your product to be print.<\/p>\n
How do I know which configuration option is best for my print job?<\/h2>\n
Our configuration option is very user-friendly and very easy to understand. Firstly, you can refer “tab” section below the configurator to understand the paper type, finishing and many more. However, if you still do not know which option to choose or do not understand the differences between options, don\u2019t hesitate to call our customer service, chat with us, or send us an email.<\/p>\n
Can I order the same product with small variations in the artwork and\/or text? For example, can I order 1000 business cards and upload 10 different artwork files because I need 10 different names on the business cards (100 each)?
\nIf you want to see different versions of the artwork with any changes in text, layout, or design, it is necessary to order the same item multiple the minimum quantity for one version of the artwork, and the other half for another version.<\/p>\n
Can I divide the minimum order quantity between different products? Is there a way to save
\nNo. The quantities displayed in the configurator are for one version of the artwork only.<\/p>\n
How can I access my shopping cart and make changes to it?
\nIf you are not log in into Printhouse, you can access your shopping cart by clicking the icon at the top right of your screen to review the items that you configured and added during your current session. However, if you log in into Printhouse you can review your item in the current session and also the previous session.
