Are there any special requirements or recommendations for the artwork? Which types of file can I upload?
\nFirstly, Printhouse allows the following formats: pdf, psd, ai, jpg, png, zip, jpeg. However, for detailed help on how to best close your artwork file, please visit this page. It is very important that you take note of these recommendations to ensure the best printing quality for your products yet many clients not follow. As a result, the artwork will be rejected and need to re-upload as soon as possible. You will receive an email either your artwork is rejected or accepted. Rejected artwork will need to re-design and re-upload as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Will the orientation of my artwork file have an impact on the price?
\nNo. The orientation of the paper (portrait or landscape) does not impact the price of your print job.<\/h2>\n
I have sent in my artwork but have realized there was a mistake. How can I upload a new file?
\nFirstly, make sure you can correct your mistake, make sure you upload the new and correct artwork. However, you can upload a new file under the My Orders section of the website in your Dashboard.
