Born from the union of two distinguished firms, Steven Tan & Co. (“STC”) and B H Tan & Associates (“BHT”), our journey is a testament to decades of personalised and quality service in Singapore.

In 1987, Mr. Steven Tan laid the cornerstone with the founding of STC, leveraging his experience as the former managing partner of Goh, Tan & Co., a constituent firm of Deloitte Singapore. Over the years, STC evolved, joining Russell Bedford International in 2002, and ultimately becoming Steven Tan Russell Bedford PAC.

In parallel, Mr. Andrew Tan established BHT in 2001, fostering organic growth and expanding through strategic mergers and acquisitions. In 2013, BHT joined HLB International, rebranding as HLB Atrede to consolidate diverse practices under one unified name.

The pivotal moment arrived on 1 January 2023, when the two firms combined their practices, forming the firm known today as HLB Atrede. This union, a merger of equals, aimed to amplify the range and depth of services offered to our esteemed clients.

Assurance

At HLB Atrede, we take pride in the things we do, and we it well by engaging a pool of talented people who are both proficient and upstanding. The result? A reliable and creditable report that provides confidence to the stakeholders.
