    Audit and Attestation Service<\/p>\n

    All Companies that do not meet the audit exemption requirements are required to table an audited financial statement prepared in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Singapore Financial Reporting Standards during the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our audits are conducted in accordance with the Singapore Standards of Auditing and other applicable legislation and pronouncements. In determining our audit approach, we first have to understand the client’s business operations and its pertinent issues. This is to enable us to design an effective audit approach which will address the client’s needs and concerns in the most efficient manner which will be cost-efficient.<\/p>\n

    We provide compilation of financial statements service for Companies which meet the audit exemption requirements according to the requirements by the applicable Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. We also conduct audit for Management Corporation and Strata Title (“MCST”), Charities and Not-For-Profit organizations.<\/p>\n

    Special (including revenue\/sales turnover certification) and financial due diligence audit are undertaken and tailored to meet the needs and requirements of the clients based on an agreed set of terms of reference.<\/p>\n

    IT Consultancy and Software Solutions<\/p>\n

    We provide IT services, systems and procedures to assist clients in the effective management of their business for growth and expansion. Given the business complexities and environment, the effective use of IT may lead to an increased business advantage over its competitors.
