To preserve its delicate texture and flavour, keep your cheesecake refrigerated at 2\u20138\u00b0C. At room temperature, please limit to 90 minutes (Olivia\u2019s Signature, Basque Burnt and Flavor Cheesecakes) or 60 minutes (Cheesecake Boards).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For the perfect, indulgent bite, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. This allows it to slightly soften and enhances its flavor and texture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Please note that as we also handle flour in our kitchen, there may be a risk of cross-contamination.
