Bizsquare Management Consultants Pte Ltd is a one-stop Business Consultancy firm started in 2013. There are 3 different services that Bizsquare provides and they are Business Loan Consulting<\/a>, Accounting & Corporate Secretarial and Branding & Marketing Strategy Consulting.<\/p>

Bizsquare started in 2013 as a Business Loan Consultancy Company. Our role is to empower more SMEs by helping them to raise funds through financing from banks and Financial Institutions (FIs). Bizsquare has partnered with over 30 banks, financial institutions, private investors, and alternative lenders to help clients with their business financing. Bizsquare also advise SMEs on how to improve their business cashflow.<\/p>

Our founder, Melvin Ho, has over 13 years of banking experience and 8 years of management experience in the current company. He recognized that often SMEs and potential entrepreneurs are often unsure of what to do next in their course of business. These would have severe repercussions on their businesses as without a good business, financial or marketing plan, it creates loss of opportunities for them. Therefore, he aims to help businesses grow and eventually change their lives.<\/p>

With just 2 years of operating the business, in 2015, Bizsquare was invited for the prestigious SME 500 award.<\/p>

In 2016, Bizsquare is certified under Enterprise Singapore as a Practising Management Consultant (PMC). With this, Bizsquare is able to help SMEs apply for Enterprise Development Grant(EDG Grant), to encourage and empower them to grow. Bizsquare is highly capable of providing professional advice for businesses looking to grow their operations, either in terms of financing management, productivity, innovation or branding and marketing strategy. This has also given Bizsquare opportunities to do consultation work for government bodies.<\/p>

In 2019, the founder of Bizsquare was awarded certificate of Mentorship where he became a certified mentor in the SGTech community. He has mentored and incubated several start-ups and have helped them to grow and raise several rounds of funding as an advisor. In end of 2019, the company also received the NS Mark award from Singapore Minister of Defence on supporting National Service and Total Defence in Singapore.<\/p>

In 2020, Bizsquare<\/a> was awarded Singapore Entrepreneur Award 2020. Just recently in 2021, our founder has also awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, under the category of Economy and Job creation for Singapore. He was awarded for his enthusiastic achievement in helping the Singapore economy and successfully helped many business owners.<\/p>

During our 8 years, Bizsquare served over 3,000 clients with more than SGD 1 billion of fund raised with over 30 financial institutions partners. The company started out in a co- working space environment at Ubi Wintech Centre during 2013, and it has now expanded to current self-owned office at Nordcom One with 1,690 sqf. Our clients range from logistic, retailers, online businesses, industrial services and F&B. We support small start-ups with yearly revenue $150k, to large corporate with yearly revenue $750million. We are pleased that many of our clients has grown steadily in their businesses, and we would like to share that Bizsquare is always here to grow with you.<\/p>

OUR FOUNDERS BACKGROUND<\/h3>

Bizsquare\u2019s Founder, Melvin is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, a government certified Practicing Management Consultant and Business Mentor.

\n\nHe used to be an ex-banker in several banks managing commercial clients as a relationship manager, and before that he was a credit approval from a foreign bank. He has also managed 2 other investment company as a director in 2017 and 2019, making good profit for his clients.

\n\nHe has obtained the Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 award. He has an experience as a venture capitalist, business mentor, angel investor and of course an entrepreneur. With this, he believes the mission of Bizsquare is Entrepreneur for Entrepreneurs.
