Kuala Lumpur recorded RM26.6 billion, including residential and serviced\napartment developments linked to urban growth, transit-oriented development (TOD), and\ndemand for more accessible housing; and Penang secured RM20.2 billion.\nOverall, approved investments in Malaysia reached RM218.5 billion, covering 2,746 projects\nacross the services, manufacturing, and primary sectors, up 11.7 per cent from the RM195.5\nbillion recorded in the same period in 2025.<\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ff74d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wdt-heading\" data-id=\"2ff74d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;wdt_animation_effect&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"wdt-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wdt-heading-holder \" id=\"wdt-heading-2ff74d2\"><div class=\"wdt-heading-content-wrapper\">These approved projects are expected to create 99,030 jobs once fully implemented, 8.4 per\ncent more jobs than the first half of 2025.
