and Senai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 28px;\">How many passengers can the cross-border taxi service ferry? <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">STRIDES Premier Taxis can ferry up to 4 passengers in a single journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 28px;\">Where can you take the cross-border taxi service from?<\/h1>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effective from 1 July 2026 onwards, our pick-up services are only available via street-hail at Ban San Street Terminal. Within Johor Bahru, our pick-up services are strictly from Johor Larkin Sentral Terminal only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johor Larkin Sentral Terminal is the official pick-up and drop-off point for licensed street-hail taxi services. Located beside the largest bus terminal in Johor Bahru, it offers convenient access to popular spots: just a <strong>10\u201315 minute taxi ride to KSL<\/strong> or <strong>20 minutes to Mid Valley Southkey<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 28px;\">Can STRIDES Premier guarantee arrival time at Larkin Sentral?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Due to unpredictable traffic conditions at the immigration checkpoints, STRIDES Premier is unable to guarantee an exact arrival time at Johor Larkin Sentral or anywhere else within the JB operating boundary map. Passengers are advised to plan accordingly, especially if connecting to other transport services. Please note that STRIDES Premier is not liable for any delays or missed connections resulting from traffic congestion.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 28px;\">What is the immigration clearance process?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Singaporeans and foreigners can use Malaysia\u2019s National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) for QR code-based clearance at Johor checkpoints. Groups may register via the MyNIISe app and clear immigration using a single QR code, helping to reduce wait times. Please note that passports are still required for verification.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That said, immigration regulations may change over time.
