Enrolment Policy<\/h3>\n

  1. Parents are required to declare any medical conditions that the child has, and the school has the right to withdraw the child if they deem him\/her unsuitable for lessons.<\/li>\n
  2. Student is required to declare any medical conditions that he\/she has, and the school has the right to withdraw the student if they deem him\/her unsuitable for lessons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Fees & Payment<\/h3>\n

    For SwimBest Swim School Group Swimming Lessons<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. All fees have to be paid promptly on a term basis (12 lessons).<\/li>\n
    2. School fee payments are to be made one week earlier before commencing of the new term (12 lessons). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Lessons Policy<\/h3>\n

      For SwimBest Swim School Group Swimming Lessons<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Lessons are fixed for every week inclusive the fifth week of the month unless advise differently by coaches.<\/li>\n
      2. The School reserves the right to send a relief instructor in the event if the principal instructor is unavailable to conduct the lessons.<\/li>\n
      3. The School reserves the right to cancel the lessons in unforeseen situation or when a relief coach is unavailable.<\/li>\n
      4. Students are required to wear proper swimming attire, bring kicking board and swimming goggle for lessons.<\/li>\n
      5. The School will try to ensure every student in the class progresses at the same stage. Thus we would re-allocate student to a more suitable class at any point of time.<\/li>\n
      6. The School may decide to merge classes should the existing class size fall below 4 students.<\/li>\n
      7. Students will be invited to participate in SwimSafer 2.0 assessment whenever his\/her instructor deem ready. (Charges apply). Only applicable for kids swimming lessons.<\/li>\n
      8. The School reserves the right to cancel or postpone the start date of new class in the event if the class size does not meet the minimum student requirement. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/h3>\n

        Attendance & Make up Policy<\/h3>\n

        For SwimBest Swim School Group Swimming Lessons<\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. There will be no compensation or make up lesson if pool is closed due to bad weather (lighting alert or rain). However lessons will still commence with coaches conducting dry land drills and theory classes.<\/li>\n
        2. Absentees are accountable for lessons not attended. There will be no make up lessons for absenteeism.<\/li>\n
        3. Lessons are fixed for every week inclusive the fifth week of the month unless advise differently by coaches.<\/li>\n
        4. No lessons during public holidays, unless advise differently by coaches.<\/li>\n
        5. Any changes or cancellation of lessons by the coach will be made within the same month.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          For Private Lessons<\/h4>\n
            \n
          1. No last minute lesson cancellation. Kindly inform Instructor 1 day in advance. Last minute cancellation will still be counted as a lesson taken unless coach is informed 1 day in advance.<\/li>\n
          2. Proof of medical certificate will justify for replacement of lesson if feeling unwell. Lesson will change to another day and have to agree between both parties.<\/li>\n
          3. In case of lighting alert or bad weather, lesson will change to another day and have to agree between both parties.<\/li>\n
          4. Students are required to undergo at least four lessons on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n
          5. Private lessons on weekend<\/strong> will follow the attendance & make up policy for group swimming lessons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             <\/p>\n

            Termination<\/h3>\n
              \n
            1. A minimum of one month notification is required for withdrawal of swimming lessons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

               <\/p>\n

              Refund Policy<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. No refund once lesson commence.<\/li>\n
              2. Request of refunds must be made within 7 days before first lesson.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                 <\/h3>\n

                Responsibility<\/h3>\n
                  \n
                1. We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  General Policy<\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  1. The School cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.<\/li>\n
                  2. The School reserves all rights to photograph, sound and video recording classes and activities for training, publicity and promotional purposes. Permission will not be sought from any individual.<\/li>\n
                  3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the School is accepted upon the registration.<\/li>\n
                  4. The School reserves all rights to amend the above rules from time to time and the rights to refund or reject customers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
