[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Follow the steps below to apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) for Xero.<\/p>\n

Note that you will require a quotation from a pre-approved PSG vendor who will supply and support you with the Xero finance accounting software<\/a>. Timcole<\/a> is a Xero certified partner<\/a> and one of the few pre-approved vendor for PSG funding. With PSG, receive up to 80% government subsidy for Xero implementation or migration.<\/p>\n

With the quotation from Timole, you can submit your grant application through the business grant portal. A CorpPass account is required for the application. Follow the steps below for the PSG application.<\/p>\n

Make sure you have the followings for the PSG application:<\/p>\n

  1. CorpPass login details<\/li>\n
  2. Quotation from Timcole in PDF format<\/li>\n
  3. Prior year Management account in PDF format<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 1: Login<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Visit https:\/\/www.businessgrants.gov.sg\/<\/a>\u00a0and login with your company’s CorpPass.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4488″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Click on \u201cGet new grant\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    In “My Grants” page, select the “Applications” tab and click on “Get new grant<\/strong>“.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4489″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Step 3: Select your business sector<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Select the sector that best describes your business. If your sector is not on the list, select “Others<\/strong>“.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4490″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Step 4: I need this grant to<\/h2>\n

    Then choose the following: “Upgrade key business areas, such as adopt technology, improve business processes or raise service standards<\/strong>” and click “Next<\/strong>“.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4491″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Step 5: Select “Pre-scoped Productivity Solutions”<\/h2>\n

    For the question “Which best describes the area you will develop with this grant?”:<\/p>\n

    Select “Pre-scoped Productivity Solutions<\/strong>” and click “Apply<\/strong>“.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”4492″ img_size=”full” onclick=”img_link_large”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Step 6: Click “Proceed”<\/h2>\n

    You will now reach the page to start your grant application form.     Step 7: Check your eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Read the grant criteria to make sure that you are qualify for the grant.<\/p>\n

    If you meet the eligibility criteria, select “Yes<\/strong>” and proceed by clicking “Next<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

    Step 8: Provide your contact details<\/h2>\n

    Step 9: Fill in your mailing address<\/h2>\n

    If your mailing address is the same as your registered address in Company Profile, simply tick the box.<\/p>\n

    Step 10: Fill in the Letter of Offer addressee<\/h2>\n

    Tick the box if it is the same as the main contact person. Otherwise, you can manually fill in the individual’s particulars.<\/p>\n

    Step 11: Proposal<\/h2>\n

    For the question “What type of solution are you purchasing?”, select “IT Solution<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

    Then in the search field for the services solution, type in \u201cTimcole<\/strong>\u201d and choose the relevant package.<\/p>\n
