ALMEKIA HOLDINGS PTE LTD will not be liable if financial institutions refuse to accept the buyer\u2019s payment mode.<\/p>\n<p>5. Shipping and Delivery<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.1. Orders will be considered fulfilled upon delivery of the items to the carrier. In the unlikely event that an order is missing or damaged in transit, the issue will be directed to the carrier. For damages, please provide a photograph and description of the damage, as well as a photograph of the delivery slip to us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5.2. In the event that you would like to change your delivery address after an order has been placed, please write an email to <a href=\"mailto:ask@veritaswellness.com.sg\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">ask@veritaswellness.com.sg<\/span><\/a> or send us a message at +65 8129 9789 to inform us of the change. We are only able to do so if the order has not yet been shipped by the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>6. Customs<br \/>For all orders outside of Singapore, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item can be lawfully imported into the country before placing an order. If the item is returned to the seller by overseas customs, the purchase will be refunded to the buyer after deduction of the shipping charges and any other fees charged to us by the overseas customs.<\/p>\n<p>7. Duties and Taxes<br \/>Duties and taxes vary from country to country and are not reflected in our shipping fees. Any custom fees or import duties incurred will be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>8. Upon receipt of the returned product, a full refund will be processed back to the same payment method used by the buyer. The buyer is entitled to a refund or exchange if the product arrived in a damaged condition.
