Distilled into whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram. Non-chill filtered and natural colour, and bottled at 46.3%, mirroring the other core range expressions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colour: \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nDeep Gold<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nose:<\/strong><br \/>\nMarzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle. \u00a0Furniture wax<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palate:<\/strong><br \/>\nCherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finish:<\/strong><br \/>\nFresh, light and sweet<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This 21 year old is a small batch produced on the Isle of Mull.
