From these they have selected 10 which they believe best represent the quality and style of whisky from the Littlemill Distillery. These 10 casks have then been married together to deliver this exceptional 25 year old lowland single malt whisky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 1989 liquid went into the cask on 17th December 1989 at 68.5 degrees and the 1990 was casked between 1st &amp; 4th April 1990 at between 68.6 and 68.7 degrees. The whisky was initially matured in 10 American and European oak casks before being married and finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks. The 2015 edition is presented in a 70cl bottle and also comes with a 5cl miniature of the whisky, as well as a section of a stave from one of casks that matured the whisky. 1,500 bottles were released.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE 2015 RELEASE &nbsp;
