How long is a voucher valid?+
6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher email.
How is it delivered?+
By email, within a minute of payment. You always get a copy, so you can forward or print it yourself. You can also have us email the recipient directly with a personal message.
How does the recipient redeem it?+
On our booking page they pick a yacht, date and time slot, then enter the voucher code at the review step. The voucher value comes straight off the total.
Can it be used more than once?+
No — each voucher is single use. Any unused value is not refunded or carried over.
What if the charter costs more than the voucher?+
The difference is simply paid at booking. Weekend and public holiday rates, add-ons and extra-guest charges above the voucher value are payable then.
Is it transferable or refundable?+
Vouchers are transferable — whoever holds the code can use it. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if the weather turns on the day?+
Safety first — if the skipper calls off the charter for weather, we reschedule you at no cost and the voucher stays valid.
The code is not working at checkout+
Check for typos and make sure the voucher has not already been redeemed or expired. WhatsApp us at 8661 7600 and we will sort it out.
