This stage will also make use of data analytics for further optimization and to identify new opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of such digital solutions include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B2B e-Marketplace\/e-Procurement<\/li>\n<li>IoT-enabled central kitchen management<\/li>\n<li>Data analystics platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stage 3:<\/strong> Leaping Ahead<\/p>\n<p>The third stage allows for Food Services SMEs to digitalise further by incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) in business operations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examples of these technologies are:<\/li>\n<li>Sensing \/ video analytics for restaurant observation<\/li>\n<li>AI-powered predictive ordering system Powered<\/li>\n<li>Immersive training using augmented or virtual reality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Digital Roadmap for Skills and Training<\/h3>\n<p>With increased digitalisation in the Food Services Industry, the requirements for digital skills will also increase. Companies will need to prepare their employees by upskilling them through appropriate digital training.<\/p>\n<p>The IDPs outline two types of digital training courses for basic and advanced users respectively:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Basic Courses<\/strong><br \/>\nThese are required for all users as they cover important foundations to improve digital literacy and awareness.
