The best thing to do is to prepare early and provide relevant training.<\/p>\n<p>IDPs outline two types of courses for basic and advanced users, respectively:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Basic Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are required for all users as they cover essential foundations to improve digital literacy and awareness. Such courses will be for security roles that require digital light use, such as using simple mobile applications.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of courses include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security &amp; Digital Literacy<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Visitor Management\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Visitor_management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visitor Management<\/a> System<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Patrol &amp; Incident Management<\/li>\n<li>Wearable Security Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Advanced Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are recommended for users in security supervisory or managerial roles who want to attain high proficiency in digital skills to manage overall security operations.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of such courses for the Security Industry include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding Cyber Risk Assessment and Management<\/li>\n<li>Introduction to Data Science<\/li>\n<li>Robotics Integration<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Design Thinking: A Strategy for Idea Generating and Problem Solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Additional Support<\/h3>\n<p>SMEs are also provided with additional help through primary advisory or specialist consultancy services through SME Centres and SME Digital Tech Hubs.
