\"SolePlease note that due to the preference of most of our clients on company setup in Singapore as the cost is lower, we are no longer providing the services of setting up Sole Proprietor, Partnerships and LLP to our clients. The followings are mainly for information purposes only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our following Package Fee for Business\/Partnerships\/LLP Formation are for the setting up services only and exclude any on-going monitoring and maintenance obligations nor the annual declaration or renewal obligations after the entities are set up, which are the responsibilities of the owner(s)\/partner(s):-<\/p>\n

* For Partnerships setup with corporate partner (e.g. subsidiary), an additional charge of S$100 (W\/GST $109) applies for each corporate partner. For Partnerships setup with partners more than 3 person or entity, extra charge of $100 (W\/GST $109) per person or entity applies.
\n** Add on $100 (W\/GST $109) for an additional 2 years of registration<\/p>\n

*** The officers (local manager, partners, sole proprietor) may report an alternate address with the Registrar. The alternate address must be located in the same jurisdiction as the individual\u2019s residential address. Therefore if the officer is a local resident, his alternate address cannot be a foreign address. The alternate address cannot be a P.O. Box address and must be an address where the person can be contacted. An extra charge of $150 (W\/GST $163.50) per officer per alternate address will apply.<\/p>\n
