As per the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), employers must give a fair opportunity to all potential candidates and post job openings on MyCareersFuture. The job must be available for a continuous period of 28 days before applying for an S Pass.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s the Quota and Levy for an S Pass?<\/h3>\n<p>The quota and levy depend on the company&#8217;s industry.<\/p>\n<p>Industry, Quota(% of the company\u2019s total staff), and Levy<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Services: 10%; Basic\/Tier 1 ($330 per month)<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing: 20%; Basic\/Tier 1 ($330 per month), Tier 2 ($650 per month)<\/li>\n<li>Others: 18%; Basic\/Tier 1 ($330 per month), Tier 2 ($650 per month)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep in mind that quotas and levies are periodically reviewed and revised.
