Senior Minister of State, Mrs Josephine Teo Paid a Visit to 3E Accounting<\/h2>\n

We are honoured to have the Senior Minister of State, Mrs Josephine Teo, visited our headquarter office in Singapore on 28 November 2016.<\/p>\n

Mrs Josephine Teo visiting 3E Accounting’s Kids Corner, where working moms bring their kids to office when there is no one to take care of them.<\/p><\/div>\n

During the visit, Mrs Teo got to know the good employment practices that we adopted in 3E Accounting. For instance, flexible working arrangements, nursing room, etc. On top of that, 3E Accounting has promoted a family-focus environment with kids corner for working mom to bring their kids to office when there is no one to take care of their children.<\/p>\n

Not only that, Mrs Teo also had more knowledge on the use of technologies in our office which has contributed in our work productivity improvement \u2013 Double Robotics. 3E Accounting Pte. Ltd. became the 1st<\/sup> corporate service provider that implements the revolutionary double robotic technology.<\/p>\n

Adapting to the emerging robotics technology in 3E Accounting\u2019s work-setting is to focus on providing our staff with a flexible working environment.<\/p>\n

In addition, this technology also allows our valuable workers to contribute and communicate with other team members by surpassing the geographical barriers.<\/p>\n

The Double Robotics was first brought in on April after Lawrence learned that an accounting firm in Australia had invested in the technology to improve work-life balance for its employees.<\/p>\n

Part of the $7,000 purchase price for the robot and an iPad that came with it was funded under the Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) scheme.<\/p>\n

The use of Double Robotics was demonstrated during Mrs Teo\u2019s visit to the office. 3E Accounting\u2019s Senior Human Resources Consultant, Roxanne Lu, who is on maternity leaves gave the interview via robot.<\/p>\n

Being an accounting company that promotes strong family-oriented culture, 3E Accounting has also offering new fathers three weeks of paternity leave as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are very encouraging new ways in which millennial families are trying to marry their aspirations for career advancement as well as the desire for quality time with family.\u201d Said Mrs Teo who encourages more SMEs to start create such work environment for millennial families together in today\u2019s society.<\/p>\n
