Lawrence made the decision to establish an corporate service provider in Singapore<\/a>, Novena in 2011 after witnessing the unfair practices conducted by other accounting firm. The couple noticed that accounting firms were not living up to their promise of offering high-quality services.<\/p>\n

The Family-Oriented Culture of 3E Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n

3E Accounting promotes a family-oriented culture at their firm. Since women comprise eighty percent of the company\u2019s staff, the founders have made several different facilities accessible to their employees, especially working mothers and soon-to-be-dads.<\/p>\n

They offer their employees with flexible working hours and part-time work. Women with children can also bring their children to the workplace, as the corporate service provider has provided a playroom for children to stay in while their mothers work.<\/p>\n

For soon-to-be-dads, 3E Accounting offers paternity leave for three weeks. To improve the productivity and efficiency of employees, the corporate service provider uses Robotic technology<\/a>. Furthermore, the corporate service provider also offers training and development opportunities to its employees.<\/p>\n

Future Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n

3E Accounting has established a timeline for establishing other offices in other countries, specifically countries part of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). They want to establish offices in Southeast Asian nations by 2017.<\/p>\n
