The husband and wife, both with prior experience in the accounting industry, based their practice on providing clients with a variety of services in addition to the usual services of accounting<\/a>, taxation<\/a>, and secretarial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They also aspired to bridge the gap between high fee and low quality service. Instead, they aimed to provide their clients with high quality services at economical rates. Going forward with this philosophy, 3E Accounting adopted the three Es\u2019\u2014\u201cefficiency,\u201d \u201ceffectiveness,\u201d and \u201ceconomy.\u201d They build their company on a platform of trust, transparency, and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Gradually, this led to the company\u2019s expansion. Not only did they grow in employees, they also grew in their presence. 3E Accounting\u2019s remarkable journey, starting from two employees to thirty-five, is a remarkable and inspiring tale of a couple who wanted to provide clients with a variety of cost-effective and excellent accounting services.<\/p>\n

3E Accounting also utilizes state-of-the-art technology to make their function and service more efficient. Specifically, the company utilizes robotic technology<\/a> to provide its employees with a flexible and resourceful working environment. They aim to provide their employees with a work-life balance, which the company\u2019s credits to achieving through their use of technology. The company\u2019s reinforcement of a work-life balance has led them to achieve a high ratio of women that make up eighty percent of their workforce.<\/p>\n

The incorporation of high-tech technology also enables the company\u2019s staff to communicate with each other and their clients more effectively. In addition to this, the company utilizes latest software and offers their clients with several IT solutions. Presently, 3E Accounting<\/a> has a network presence in twenty-seven countries with thirty-eight offices and combined number of more than 600 employees. The company has plans to establish offices and expand their network in fifty countries by 2018. 3E Accounting aspires to grow with time by continuing to learn and modify their practices and services to accommodate the changing times and needs.<\/p>\n
