The DTP was developed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority<\/a> (ACRA) Singapore and is targeted as aspiring, new and existing businesses. The programme is part of ACRA\u2019s on-going effort to raise awareness among directors about their statutory responsibilities and duties. Consisting of 5 modules, the online programme can be completed in two hours.<\/p>\n

The content of the programme is engaging and interactive, with several learning activities which include quizzes, case studies and games to provide an insightful learning experience.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the programme, participants will learn the requirements of a director, the duties and responsibilities expected under the Companies Act, how to improve company productivity and more.<\/p>\n
