The signing was witnessed by National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Assistant Director-General Yeo Guat Kwan. Under the Memorandum, 3E Accounting pledged to encourage all employees to join the union and will pay the union fee for employees who are members of the union.<\/p>\n<h3>A More Harmonious Workplace and Strengthening of Tripartite Collaboration<\/h3>\n<p>3E Accounting\u2019s decision to accord recognition to the union demonstrates the commitment to work closely with employees and the union to overcome challenges, resolve differences and to build a strong labour management relationship based on mutual trust and respect.
