Upon receiving an Application for an Assessor\u2019s Determination, the Assessor will determine whether the case is covered under the Act and to grant relief that is just and equitable in the circumstances. This is by conducting a hearing and making a Determination. There is no appeal against an Assessor\u2019s determination and it will be binding on all parties to the Application.<\/p>\n<p>A firm believer in giving back to the community, Lawrence is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), CPA Australia and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant by training.
