Welcome to the March edition of our 3E Accounting newsletter! As we make our way through the year, we\u2019re once again pleased to share an overview of the updates that have been happening with the company this month. In this edition, we explore some of the highlights that have taken place in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.<\/p>\n

The accolade underscores 3E Accounting\u2019s commitment to excellence and exceptional service delivery to clients.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Malaysia\u2019s economy has always proved resilient, and this year is no different. Malaysia\u2019s GDP Growth Rate<\/a> is estimated to increase by 4.5 to 5.5 per cent in 2024, an increase from its original estimate of 4 per cent. The IMF and ASEAN forecasted the prediction. The growth is predicted to be driven by resilient domestic demand and benign inflation and interest rates.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hong Kong is now welcoming investors from around the globe to apply for its Capital Investment Scheme<\/a>. The qualifying candidates must be willing to invest a minimum of $30 million in approved investment assets.<\/p>\n Candidates can bring their wives and dependent children who are not married under 18 if selected. Candidates can also stay for up to two years in Hong Kong, after which they can apply for their visa to be renewed for another three years. They can subsequently apply for another three-year extension after that. Candidates can apply for permanent residency after seven years of residing in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n Indonesia hopes to generate an extra $25 billion in revenue with a visa-free entry policy<\/a> for foreigners. The Government is hoping for a major boost to its tourism sector.
