In order to protect the rights of both the\u00a0tenant\u00a0and the\u00a0landlord, almost all the state governments have established authorities for a residential tenancy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tenancy act can vary in each state but it is still interesting to read them.
